What Information Do I Need to Sign My Company up for OregonSaves?

To ensure that you are able to successfully register for OregonSaves, please be sure to gather the following information before you get started:

  1. User Registration
    1. Company EIN 
    2. Invite Code (provided to you via email or mail from OregonSaves)
    3. Valid email address
  2. Employer Onboarding
    1. Company Legal Name and DBA Name
    2. Physical Address 
    3. Mailing address, if different than physical address
    4. Phone number
    5. Name of your payroll company
    6. All Payroll schedules for your business (there might only be one)
    7. Bank Account ACH information from where your company wants to remit contributions
    8. All eligible Employee information
