What Information Do I Need to Sign My Company up for the Program?

To ensure that you are able to register for the program successfully, please gather the following information before you get started:

  1. User Registration
    • Company EIN 
    • Invite code (provided to you via email or mail)
    • Valid email address
  2. Employer Onboarding
    • Company legal name and DBA name
    • Physical address 
    • Mailing address, if different than the physical address
    • Phone number
    • Name of your payroll company
    • All payroll schedules for your business (there might only be one)
    • Bank account ACH information from where your company wants to remit contributions
    • All eligible employee information
