The Customer Identification Program regulations issued under the USA PATRIOT Act require financial institutions to obtain and verify certain identifying information for each person that opens an account. If we can’t verify your identity, you will not be able to have an account with OregonSaves.
It takes only a couple minutes to verify your identity and start saving:
- Go to https://connect.vestwell.com/signup/oregonsaves/retrieve.
- Retrieve your account using Access Code (provided by email or letter)—if you do not have your Access code, you can provide personal identifying information to retrieve your account.
- Verify your identity with one of the following documents:
- Driver’s License
- ID Card
- U.S. Passport
- Residency Permit Card
- Temporary Visa
We recommend using your phone to complete this process so you can easily use multi-factor authentication and provide photos of the necessary documents.
