Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

You will be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) during registration. If it was not completed at that time, you will be required to set it up the next time you log in. MFA is required to help keep your account secure and prevent unauthorized access.

If not receiving the MFA code when logging in:

If you previously opted out of texts, reply "START" to 1-646-762-507 to turn messages back on.

Still stuck? Check that the number 1-646-762-507 isn’t blocked on your phone or reach out to Customer Support.

If you cannot access your MFA code:

You still access your account by verifying your identity with a few questions.

Steps:

  1. Sign in to your account online with your email and password.
  2. Select Try another way to authenticate underneath the Continue button.
  3. Select Need help with your authentication? underneath the Continue button.
  4. Select Verify identity.
  5. Enter your information as prompted.
