View Statements ( Quarterly and Tax Forms) and Update Mailing Preferences

  1. Log in to your account online.
  2. Open the “Documents" tab under the horizontal menu options. 
  3. In the dropdown list click on Statements or Tax forms.
    • If you need to generate a custom statement, using a specific date range, click on Statements and then hit the Generate account snapshot button.
  4. Once you have selected your chosen type of document, use the “download” or “print” icons in the details panel to save or print your document. 

Statements are issued quarterly, and tax forms are issued annually. Even if you’ve chosen paper delivery, a digital copy is still available online under documents. 

To switch between email and paper mail for statements and tax forms:

  1. Log in to your account online.
  2. Hover over the “Profile” icon where it says your name in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click Profile.
  4. Select Communication Preferences
  5. Click the “pencil icon” to edit.
  6. Select from Paperless communication, Paperless communication and U.S mail, and U.S mail
  7. Select Save.
