If connecting your bank isn’t working, try this:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Close and reopen your browser.
- Sign in to your account online again.
- Open the “Settings” tab from the horizontal menu options and select Bank accounts.
- Click the Link a bank account button and attempt adding the bank account again.
- If you are still experiencing issues, you can try to add the bank account manually instead. From the Bank Accounts screen, click the blue link towards the bottom of the screen that says Need to connect a new bank account manually? Enter your details and hit Save.
